Our Web Sales Team is also able to assist you with any problems you may experience while ordering online and if you are not entirely happy then your purchase can be returned for a refund within 28 days of original order receipt

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping within South Africa

We offer free, 48 hour (business days) delivery to anywhere in South Africa, provided the order is received before mid day. International shipping will incur additional freight costs.

We can only deliver to one address per order, in order to deliver to multiple addresses, you will need to place a separate order for each.

Delivery times are quoted in good faith, but are handled by a third party. We cannot accept any liability as a result of a late delivery.

Due to people not being home to sign for the delivery, we will unfortunately only deliver to business addresses, Monday to Friday.

If your goods have not arrived within 48 hours (South Africa), you may either track your delivery via our site, email us, or call us and we will source and track your package for you.

About Customs, Duties & Taxes

When ordering from Presidential.co.za you are responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to a destination. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws & regulations of the destination.

Orders shipped outside of South Africa may be subject to import taxes, custom duty fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, custom duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient.

Presidential has no control over these charges, nor can Presidential predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely, you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates.

Privacy & Security

We receive information in one of two ways, either directly from you online when you register with us, or when you fill out a customer card at one of our stores. When you register with us you will be asked to disclose information such as your name, email address and telephone number so that we can process and fulfill your order, notify you of your order status and inform you of special offers and promotions.

We DO NOT store your credit card details. Credit card transactions are handled by a company called Pay Genius (https://www.paygenius.co.za/) a cutting-edge security system named PayGenius SafeGuard Fraud Prevention Engine. We use the information that we collect about you to:

  • Process your order
  • Manage your account
  • Monitor customer traffic patterns and site usage to help us develop and improve the design and layout of the site
  • Notify you about enhancements to our services, such as changes to the website, new services and special offers that may be of interest.
  • We may share certain details of yours in order to fulfill your order, such as with our courier company.

We want to keep you up to date with information about new ranges, special offers and improvements to this site.

Returns & Replacements

Orders are processed immediately, we are therefore unable to cancel orders, so please be sure of your purchase before checking out.

We at Presidential believe in complete customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us on [email protected] or call direct on 021 204 4794 so that we can arrange an exchange, voucher or refund.

Goods may be returned to us within a one month period from date of purchase, provided they have not been worn, and include all original packaging. Please include your original order number when returning.

Return shipping will be for your expense unless there is a manufacturing defect, in which case all costs will be incurred by us.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

The price you pay for goods is as shown on our website at the time of order and includes VAT within South Africa.

For orders from any country outside South Africa the prices automatically update to exclude South African VAT. Please note that the customer is liable to pay their own counties DUTIES and TAXES at arrival of the parcel.

Postage and packaging (P&P) charges are included in your order.

Payment is to be made in South African Rands (ZAR), American Dollar (USD) oer European Euro (EUR) using a Visa or Mastercard credit card, Paypal, or via Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT)
